It is hard to disregard the pruny, extracted notes, a trade mark of the hourse, I guess, and yes, there are burnt notes, but the balance just holds, and it is still Cornas, and if you drink it with food (spicy lamb, f.ex.), it will woth. My experience with this cuvée tells me, that there is no need to hold it any further.
