Tuesday, February 10, 2015 - A lot of aromas already from the opened bottle - pepper and blackberry as one would expect. On the palate this has the mouthfeel of classical Bordeaux or Chinon, medium-bodied, drinkable stuff. The flavor intensity isn't very high, and I feel this has lived through its best days already. Still, not bad, and the freshness woke up a lot when paired with food.
