Sunday, March 20, 2011 - From 375. Opened and consumed over about three hours. Reserved nose. Compact flavors of honey and almonds. Waxy, rustic texture. Added some floral notes with time, but also seemed to be closing down/oxidizing. At this point I'd be inclined to either hide these in the cellar for a long time or sell. Not worth opening right now.
