Beautifully rich with botrytis, apricots, orange peel, honey, marzipan and even some crustacean. Beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity and very rich and full bodied. A great wine now and this will be a treat until well into the 2020’s (if you like your Sauternes with some age on it.)
