Friday, June 6, 2014 - Poured down into the shoulder and slow-ox'd for the day. Deep ruby/garnet colour. Rich, beautiful nose of sottobosco, dried cherries, prunes, spice, and balsamico. Medium-full bodied with replays from nose. Tannins have resolved nicely and the wine's acidity gives it lift on the palate. Moderate-length finish, ~30-35s. Delicious. Drink now-2019.
