Monday, December 31, 2012 - This is a unique wine. Red sparkling wines may not be for everyone, but I love them. The contrast of a rich, red wine with the effervescence and chill is really appealing. Quite dry, full bodied. Strong blackberry flavors. Luxurious mouth feel. Some tannins, but the coldness makes them come across muted.
May not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you like sparkling red, very good wine.
