Friday, February 8, 2013 - WOTN for me. It had a very raw feel to it, still racy, with notes of hard cheese, bacon, grilled meat, and, yes, it reminded me of breakfast. Tannins were still pronounced, yet remained very much in balance with fruit and acid. A treat.
