Saturday, October 4, 2014 - Decanted for 15 min, then in glasses for another 30+ min. Big & beautiful, jammy, dense, some thought it was a Port, but most realized it was a special Shiraz. Could not believe it was 11 years old, still youthful. Drink now with decant or hold.
