Sunday, August 5, 2007 - Somewhat on the lighter side of the chardonnay spectrum. A little more tart then I would like. Not much oak and no real signs of malolactic fermentation (which gives a nice buttery texture). If this is your style of chardonnay then you may like it. It's a well made wine but not my personal cup of tea.
