An even more palate coating texture, this is downright voluptuous, in the best sense. This is now more about honeysuckle and some sort of partly muted honeyed floral/fruit/mineral elements that I really can't describe--much more in keeping with white Rhone flavors. I'd love to taste this next to a 10-15 year old Chave. Just a tinge of heat betrays the alcohol level. I like this a lot better now than when I opened it.
