Wednesday, January 27, 2010 - What would would happen if you took a perfect White Burg and blended it with a perfect White Rhone? This masterpiece. The wine strikes the perfect combo of acidity, precision, and fragrance that comes from Chard with the "mouthfeel" and flavor from Viognier and Roussanne. Very cerebral wine that was a pleasure to enjoy over the course of a night. Great with cheese plate.
