Friday, March 6, 2009 - Nice nose that seems not as subdued as I wrote last year. The mouth is full and rich and has quite a bitter note to it that, while not offputting, is quite omnipresent. The length is very long, and quite nice. The whole package seems a bit alcoholic, but just a bit. I'd probably like it more if it was easier to drink, without the structure of the alcohol and without 15% of the bitter notes, but I still like it a lot - just not a very lot.
