Friday, October 28, 2011 - Popped and poured. Thin, acidy, dirty dishwater-like experience right out of the bottle. Really unpleasant. But a couple of hours of air opened it up, and while it never really developed any depth, it did get more enjoyable, with aromas of herbs and anise, and a through-line of minerality. I'm hoping the other recent notes are right and this just needs time in the bottle, but I'm increasingly worried it won't resolve.
