Friday, June 26, 2015 - During a merchant tasting. Medium purple. Expressive nose, so typical of Pegau with a clear animalic/bretty touch, grape stalks, dark fruit and some meat. For me this vintage has just a little bit too much funk (I clearly prefer the outstanding 2010). On the palate medium bodied with good aromatic complexity. Could be cleaner on the fruit though.
