Tuesday, October 4, 2011 - Opened and decanted for one hour. Light color, some fruit on the nose - a hint of strawberry or cherry. On the pallet a hint of the red fruit and a bit of fresh tannin. Paired with grilled salmon and asparagus it was a good match. Not sure it will get any better.
