Sunday, November 2, 2014 - Fairly golden in color. Aromas of apples, cream, toast, and some sugar. Perhaps even a vegetal note? Acidity is prominent on the initial attack, and the apple flavors are quite tart. But the length is magnificent and the creamy notes return on the palate to leave a wonderful flavor in the mouth. Very rich and sharp.
