Sunday, March 16, 2008 - Early Look at Mid-Priced 2005 Burgundy: Tasted blind along with other 2005s. Modest nose was slightly floral with red and black cherry. Palate also came across as the more subdued in the flight, only showing interesting character on the well structured finish that had some spice peaking through. Wait and see. I'm told this opened up considerably the next day.
