Wednesday, January 19, 2011 - Isole & Olena Dinner with Paolo de Marchi (The Ledbury, London): Consistent with past notes. Dry wine, elegant with a nice finish. Does exactly what it needs to.Maybe a touch too acidic. Very enjoyable
