Friday, August 3, 2012 - Pale yellow colour with small nice bubbles.
On the nose there's a mixture of nuts, yeast, bread, apple and butterscotch in a wonderful combination with sea shells and minerals. The palate is an elegant mixture of minerals and lemons.
