Thursday, December 27, 2012 - Pale gold. I picked a faintly dusty bottle with a slightly faded label, and sure enough, despite plenty of pressure and bead, the nose is advanced - mushroom cream. More youth on the palate - apple sauce and lemon, but good richness too. The big house NV wines have reached silly prices now, except when they're on offer. For what I paid, this is good.
