Color: light straw; nice tiny bubble stream and good mousse. Nose of lemon, lime, yeast. Palate showing a bit more structure than the preceding Pierre Peters BdB. More my style; leesy with apple pie spice adding to the citrus. Well done and probably still one of my favourite NV's from a large house.
