Friday, February 6, 2015 - Bubbles. I always struggle with wines that are not really Krug and the rest. I'm still there with this one. It was yummy and paired very nicely with some salads and cheeses, but it wasn't the same as pulling out a Krug. Not as yeasty or as unique in flavor. Very nice nonetheless.
