Sunday, August 2, 2015 - We were visiting Dada Lounge + Bar prior to dinner at FINDS for Hong Kong Restaurant Week and thought a bubble was in order. Known as Sir Winston Churchill's favourite bubble, we happily prepared our palates for dinner. A Pinot Noir dominant champane evident on the nose and palate with a hint of toasted almond and a sour/tart, fairly long finish. "In victory, deserve it. In defeat, need it!"....thanks, Winston! He may have been a "Sir", but he had a slightly rakish je ne sais quoi about him that we sttill love!
