Saturday, December 10, 2005 - TWC does NV Champagnes (John's House on Utica): Tasted from a Riedel Vinum Prestige Cuvee Glass. This wine never disappoints. A yeasty, buttery, biscuity nose with more of the same in the mouth. Dry yet refreshing. Very flavorful, very rich and very creamy. Terrific NV Champers. A point.
