Monday, February 18, 2013 - Solid Rhone wine. All the right aromatics of damp earth, tree sap, syrupy cola and roasted meat. Chewy, tannic and dry but in a pleasing way with pine cones and stewed cherries. Lovely match with ratatouille on grilled baguette. Will hold but drink now if you like these wines on the younger, more biting side.
