Tuesday, January 4, 2011 - Wow! What a little cellaring can do for a very good wine. Two years have passed since the last bottle, and the difference is amazing. Wine has become very aromatic, with cherries, black fruit and a touch of spice, smooth tannins, a great balance, great mouth feel and a long polished finish. Last bottle. Darn!!
