Friday, February 13, 2015 - Still very dark and opaque. Very aromatic, typical shiraz with oak notes. Still very full-bodied, typical of Sarah and Sparky, with mouth-coating dense fruit, nicely balanced, with a long, slightly sweet aftertaste. It has softened a bit with age but is still very big, though not tannic. There's a touch of raisin-prune, so I think it's time to enjoy these.
