Spicy, lavender,animal, leather monster. Typical CDP nose and then some and tannic as hell. Dark fruit and alcohol on the palate. After two hours in the decanter, this wine was awesome! Spicy,with notes of strawberry and cassis. Very pleasurable. I think this wine needs some more time, but fine to drink now with some air exposure.
