Sunday, February 10, 2013 - This is a weird wine. The consistency from bottle to bottle is poor. This bottle was dominated by sour cherry notes period after which it was hard to taste anything. I vacuumed the bottle and on day two it tasted much better. The sour cherry was all gone but, while the wine was enjoyable, it did not have any classic Burgundy flavors. I will leave my remaining bottles alone for a while and see what happens the next time.
