Sunday, November 22, 2009 - Ruby color, very fragrant, floral, and fruit-forward. Was excellent with baked mashed potatoes with cheese and truffle oil, milder cheeses, and caramel salt chocolate. Also very nice with veg and grilled steak. As noted previously, this is a beautiful, well-balanced wine.
