Thursday, January 29, 2015 - Slow ox'ed for 2 hours then decanted at Republique. Drank over a 3-hour dinner. Aroma and palate were very consistent with my notes from last year, except the fruit dropped off just a little bit more. Just a wonderful wine to enjoy with family and friends over good food. If you have this wine, drink now and the next few years and enjoy.
