Saturday, October 11, 2014 - 100- this is the first time we have ever rated a wine 100. dinner at Winvian- uncorked for 1/2 hour then decanted for total of two hours. While this wine is still very young with soft tannins, it was a spectacular wine. It had a deep, dark color, beautiful ripe dark black fruit, coffee, earth and a wonderful depth of bouquet and flavor, with a long finish.This was a very special experience; the wine enhanced the very special dinner.
