Saturday, September 26, 2015 - Nicely developed nose with earthy notes, rusty iron, tobacco, brown spice, and restrained black cherry fruit. Harmonious and well balanced, with freshness, smooth texture and somewhat firm mineral structure. Not overly oaky or the least bitter. Great with slow-braised ox. Drink now and over the next ten.
