Thursday, August 14, 2014 - A spectacular bottle. Rich sweet fruit with a fragrant and perfumed nose. Wet rocks in the background. Super smooth on the palate with mature but still focused fruit (black raspberry predominant) and a range of background flavors including earth, thyme and cedar. Served without a decant but allowed to open up over 1.5 hours. May be nearing a peak but still has a lot of time left
