Thursday, August 2, 2012 - Initial nose: Chicken bouillon, licorice/anise. Palate: Tight and tannic. Rustic. After 90 minutes air: hints of peppermint, cherry sucret lozenges and subtle cork. Eventually gave way to cork and was disposed of.
