Saturday, December 7, 2013 - Ninth Annual White Truffle Dinner (Chez Weber - Chicago IL): Bright color, incredibly fresh overall. Apple, some pear and orange. Very good energy and minerality. Easily my favorite of the flight, most others agreed.
