Thursday, July 9, 2015 - Excellent, alive and kicking and with life ahead. A bit reduced at first, but in a good way, with a touch of petrol. The wine is quite vertical, with the granite of Schlossbeerg showing in the glass. It has an aristochratic touch. Excellent with grilled fish.
