Sunday, January 31, 2016 - Quite a stern nose of meat, mushroom, iron and touch of red fruit and spice. After several hours more rose petal notes emerged, but the beefiness was dominant. Sturdy and a bit rugged on the palate. Seems like it needs more time to sort itself out but interesting nonetheless.
