Thursday, August 7, 2008 - Popped poured and drank over 2 hours with no food. This seems to be a big wine that is ready to drink right now lots of dark fruit, leather after an hour turning to a very enjoyable chocolate. Glad I have 5 more bottles, will drink another 2 within the next year or so and will let the rest "rest".
