Saturday, August 16, 2014 - Anniversary weekend at Fearrington with Alan & Lehna. As with many other occasions with this wine my notes simply say "lightning in a bottle". Slightly but previous bottles so no perfect score for this one but it was plenty enjoyable. I still believe that the best Cuvee Constance yet made is this inaugural vintage and that it is still on the upswing part of its' aging curve. 14.5+14.5+9.5+9.5=98
