Saturday, July 4, 2015 - Fruity nose- raspberries, cherries, and a tiny bit of EtOH. Medium bodied. The dried American oak is a little shy in this Geyserville. Nice tannins, ripe raspberries and cherries. Medium-plus finish. This is a well-made wine, but it doesn't taste like an old-school Geyserville ('97, '94, etc). Still a classic American wine. Happy Fourth of July.
