Sunday, June 21, 2015 - The last of my 01s and the best, this is an excellent example of Du Tertre. The 00 has greater depth and body, so will overhaul the 01 in the future, but for now this is actually drinking better. It has developed notes of red cherry on the nose and palate, but the most noticeable change is the elegance, much more pronounced than before. Of course this also denotes the start of the decline and there are faint signs of it already, but it should still remain excellent for another two or three years. Highly recommended.
