Thursday, April 24, 2014 - Opened for an hour and a half prior to tasting. No signs of brown in the colour. Great fragrance, strong, slight floral, damp, ash. A bit jammy in the mouth, good coating. Medium finish but probably masked by the jamminess and opinion skewed by the great nose.
Look I am not a D'Arenberg ra-ra boy, not usually a fan, but I like this wine and this is my last of six of these.
Drink now, it will keep for a year or so but will not get any better, dont risk it, just drink.
