Sunday, April 11, 2010 - Notes from day 2. Red to dark red in coclor. Nose of blackberry, little floral, forest loam, smoke. On the palate there is more blackberry, loam, herb, minerality. The finish is above average in length, and the overall balance of the wine is nice. One of thhe better 05's I have had, good job Doug. Drink or hold. 50+5+11+17+8
