Saturday, January 17, 2009 - This is a delightful chilean shiraz. We decanted it for 2-3 hours before tasting with a steak and salad dinner. The nose is wonderful with full berries and a spicy aroma. The taste is smooth and long with no harsh notes. Very nice Shiraz.
