Saturday, January 3, 2015 - Opened another bottle today with a beef dinner. The wine seemed somewhat flat upon opening but was a bit better with food. However, some of that intensity that I tasted while sampling at Silver Oak was back after about an hour. This bottle seemed better than the one I opened last year.
