Saturday, October 20, 2012 - 50th Birthday Celebration Dinner with Wine (Chez Schmidt - Chicago IL): Big, ripe and lush, which led to a healthy discussion of whether or not this wine was 100% Pinot Noir, on which there was not tablewide consensus. Still, this was very charming with great classically Vosne spice.
