Sunday, September 14, 2008 - Decanted immediately. Initially, tight and tannic. About an hour later started to open up. Some fruit (dark cherry) but tannic at the finish. After two hours, smooth wine, but still a tannic finish. Try again around 2010 or 2011. This will be an elegant wine with medium body; it should be paired with cheeses or mildly seasoned dishes.
