Tuesday, May 26, 2015 - PNP. Cork perfect. Color is dark garnet. Nose is dense w tar and dark dusty fruit. Swishing unloads huge structure w intense acid and even more dense tannin. Sipping though tames the beast, mostly because the fruit is so dense. Finish is balanced between fruit and structure and surprisingly mild given the inherent structure. I think that this is really very good and still very exuberant in its youth. Thanks for sharing mike!
