Friday, January 5, 2007 - Blind Tasting Pinots with K (Blind tasting of Pinots in the corner penthouse overlooking downtown Dallas): Tasted blind and thought that the wine was very modern / new world in style. Very apparent from the aroma. Knew that the wines should all be pinots, but I was guessing that someone may have slipped a nw syrah in. This wine seemed awefully young, and will probably eventually gain the complexity that will make it more interesting in the future.
